The room at Rocca Palazzaccio was lovely, with a fully equipped kitchen and good Wi-Fi. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient on-site parking were also a plus. The hotel's location, just 30 minutes from the center of Florence, made it a great base for exploring the area. Additionally, having a grocery store within walking distance and access to laundry facilities was very convenient.

Saved so much money with all the included services and no bureaucracy. The apartment was perfect for my family. The strategic location allowed us to explore beautiful Tuscany.

Great scenery and amazing views from the property. Very close to many beautiful places we wanted to visit during our Easter break. the pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the staff gave us a very helpful guide book with suggestions to explore the area.

Location is ideal for exploring the nearby city without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The bus stop is just around the corner and cheap. The pool area was fantastic, with a stunning view and plenty of loungers. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always available for tips and recommendations.

The kitchen equipment needs an upgrade, as some of it was lacking or in poor condition. Some of the rooms can be noisy, especially if other guests are being inconsiderate.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms on the ground level were spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
